We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Available payment options may vary depending on your location and device.
Your payment will be charged once your order is placed successfully. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system, and GleamHer does not store your full credit card information.
If your payment is declined, please check that your card details are correct, your billing information matches your payment method, and your bank or payment provider has approved the transaction.
Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may be charged by the destination country. If such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Returns
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
For returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect selection, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or removed from their original packaging, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will arrange one replacement shipment.
Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Store each piece separately in a dry place when not in use.
Will natural stones or pearls look exactly the same as the photos?
Natural crystal, pearl, shell, wood, and stone pieces may vary in size, shape, grain, and color. Minor inclusions, veining, or surface texture are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
