Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, clean, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@gleamher.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for your request.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or removed from their original packaging, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or not returned in their original condition.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Natural Materials
Some GleamHer pieces include natural stones, pearls, shells, wood, crystal, or other natural materials. Natural variations in size, shape, color, texture, grain, clouding, or internal markings are part of the material character and are not considered defects.
Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly. Please refer to the actual item received.
Exchanges
Because inventory may be limited, direct exchanges are not always available.
For exchanges due to personal preference, color choice, size preference, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will help arrange the next step.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
