Shipping policy
We currently ship orders to eligible destinations with tracked international shipping.
Available shipping destinations may vary by region and will be shown at checkout. If your location is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to ship to that destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders to available destinations are expected to arrive within 6-10 business days after the order is placed.
This estimated timeframe includes order processing, fulfillment preparation, carrier handoff and final delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, peak shipping periods, address issues or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the package is first processed by the carrier.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but address changes are not guaranteed once an order has started processing.
Failed Delivery, Refused Packages and Unclaimed Packages
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, missed delivery attempt or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping, return or reshipping costs.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or local fees that may be charged by the destination country or carrier.
If such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@gleamher.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment status with the carrier.
If we are unable to ship an order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an update and help review the available options.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Packages
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@gleamher.com with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will review the issue and help with the next steps according to our Refund Policy.
